5 Favorite Plant-Based Meals (So Far)

Last week, I discussed six benefits of why you should go on a plant-based diet (or at least consider it). I’ve only been implementing plant-based meals into my diet for a couple of months, so I’m still transitioning from meat-based meals over to this diet, which is a lifestyle change.

1. Creamy Coconut Lentil Curry

2. Black Bean & Avocado

3. Vegan Eggplant Gyros

A little bit of spice and everything nice…these are the ingredients to make the perfect vegan gyro. With cucumbers, hummus, onions and more all wrapped up in pita flatbread (or naan bread), you’ll have a mouthgasm.
